 What is Painful Pleasures Return/Refund Policy?
Solution Does Painful Pleasures accept Returns for a Refund? This is a hard one. 95% of the time the answer is yes. Every other company out there FLAT OUT SAYS NO. We would prefer you to accept an EXCHANGE rather than a refund.

At Painful Pleasures we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you order something and it turns out not to be what you expected we understand. Most cases we will accept the item back for a refund. Please Note: All (CUSTOM MADE) jewelry can not be exchanged or returned.

Step 1: Please send us an email with your order ID # and the problem with the order.

Step 2: Wait for us to reply to your email with either an Approval or a Denial. Very few instances we will deny an exchange. ie Unless it is a custom piece, gold piece, etc..

Step 3: Simply return the jewelry along with the invoice and the email we sent you that says we gave you Approval to send back the order for either an exchange or a partial refund. Write on the invoice exactly what you want in exchange if you are exchanging.

Step 4: In order to make sure you get what you want the second time we ask that you be very descriptive in your note of exactly what it is you want.

Step 5: If you are exchanging your order please include $2.00 cash in the return package to us. This will help cover our cost of reshipping the item back to you.

Step 6: If you are returning your order for a refund. There is a 15% return fee plus you loose the shipping charges already paid. So if your order is $20.00 in total. Shipping of $3.00 and $17.00 product. Total refunded would be $14.45. We really would prefer to exchange the jewelry and try to get you exactly what you want.

Note: Please DO NOT send back any orders without our email saying its ok.

It goes without saying. All items returned to us we throw away. This does cause us to lose a good bit of money, but we try to make our customers happy.

DO NOT assume you can return your jewelry. You must get Authorization from us first.

We are not resposible for returned packages that are lost in transit to us. It is advisable to use some sort of tracking on your return shipment.

Also you must send back the jewelry in a padded envelope. DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR JEWELRY IN A REGULAR ENVELOPE. The jewelry will be destroyed in the US Mail Machines. AGAIN you must send back the jewelry in a padded envelope
